Marsha Haskew enters her ninth year as the Senior Women's Administrator and her 16th year overall at Jacksonville University. She serves as the liaison between the NCAA and the Atlantic Sun Conference for JU women's sports, oversees letter of intent and grant-in-aid process for all scholarship sports and assists in establishing and implementing policies and procedures of the athletic department.

A native of Jacksonville, Haskew is also responsible for administering the NCAA's Special Assistance Fund and Student-Athlete Opportunity Fund, assists with exit interviews for student-athletes and the NCAA Drug-Testing Program. She also serves as the liaison for the athletic department's office assistants and head coaches of the JU softball, volleyball, Tennis and women's soccer programs.

Her other tasks include maintaining athletic department files for all sports and personnel, coordinating paperwork with human resources for hiring and exiting of personnel and assists in the every day operation of the department.

Haskew and her husband, Rick (a JU alumnus), were married on September 12, 1972 and have two sons, Rick, Jr. (also a JU alumnus) and Paul. She also has a grandson, Paul, Jr..
