AS A SOPOHOMORE (2007): Served as the lefty matchup out of the bullpen for the Dolphins...appeared in nine games on the year...led all relievers with a 3.95 ERA...earned a win after allowing one run with a career-high four strikeouts and a career-high 3.1 innings of relief against Bethune-Cookman (3/13)...notched his first collegiate save with three innings of relief in game one of a doubleheader against Western Michigan (3/11)..did not allow a run in five of nine appearances...currently holds a 3.1 scoreless inning streak.

AS A FRESHMAN (2006): Appeared in three games before sitting out the remainder of the season due to injury...earned first career win after striking out three batters in a season-high two innings against Penn State (3/8)...also hurled one shutout inning against Belmont (3/10).

HIGH SCHOOL: Three-year letterwinner at Floyd Central High School as a pitcher for Casey LaDuke...as a senior, he led the Highlanders to a Hoosier Hills Conference title and a section championship...also served as co-captain for the squad...as a sophomore, he helped the Highlanders win a Hoosier Hills conference title...a member of the Honor Roll all four years and the National Honors Society...graduated with an Academic Honors Diploma
