AS A REDSHIRT SOPHOMORE (2005): Appeared in 42 games with 30 starts, including right field (21), center field (7) and left field (2)...started the year batting .568 through seven games...opened the year with a hit in 8-of-9 games...had a career-best 4-for-4 effort with a double and an RBI vs. Wake Forest...went 3-for-3 with a double, his first career home run and a career-high three RBI against Bethune-Cookman (2/13)...hit a career-high two doubles vs. Florida A&M (2/8)...earned A-Sun Academic All-Conference honors for the third straight year.

AS A REDSHIRT FRESHMAN (2004): Appeared in 21 games, including three starts in center field and one start in left...batted .600 with runners on third and less than two outs...recorded first double and RBI vs. Western Michigan (2/27)...stole his first base at Florida A&M (3/16)..earned A-Sun Academic All-Conference honors for the second straight year.

AS A FRESHMAN (2003): Redshirted his first season at JU...earned A-Sun Academic All-Conference honors and was named to the Dean's List for the fall and spring semesters.

HIGH SCHOOL: Two-year starter at Oviedo High School for coach Kevin Wainscott...as a senior, he earned all-state honors after batting .363 with two home runs, 24 RBI and 12 stolen bases...also earned 6A All-Conference, all-district, All-Central Florida and all-county honors...led Lions to a 26-8 record, a district and regional championship and a state semifinal appearance...as a junior, he batted .302 with a home run, 14 RBI and eight stolen bases...also lettered in football as a junior, rushing for seven touchdowns as a tailback and making six interceptions as a defensive back...earned the Oviedo Lion Award and the Oviedo Pride Award.
