One of the top sixth men in the Atlantic Sun Conference, Conerely looks to regain his spot in the starting lineup at point guard...One of the more experienced players on the roster, Conerly will be one of the leaders on this year's team.

As a junior in 2004-05

Played in 28 games as a junior, starting three...Provided a spark off the bench, scoring in double figures eight times...Scored a season-high 16 points twice, first against Eckerd on Dec. 29 in his first start, going 3-for-6 from the floor, but 10-of-12 from the free throw line, to go along with his five assists...Followed that with 16 points against Lipscomb on Jan. 11, going 3-for-6 from the floor, but 9-of-11 from the charity stripe...Hit three 3-pointers in a game twice (Tennessee Tech on Dec. 19 and UCF on Feb. 12)...Pulled down a season-high six rebounds in JU's upset win over Gardner-Webb on Jan. 31...Finished the year with a 1.5 assist-to-turnover ratio.

Played in all 28 games, including starts in the last 24 contests at point guard...averaged a team-high 33.8 minutes per game...dished out a team-high 103 assists with just 55 turnovers...finished the season ranked 6th in the A-Sun with 3.7 assists per game, while ranking 3rd in the league with a 1.9 assist/turnover ratio...became just the 18th player in school history to record 100 assists in a season...recorded more assists than turnovers in 20-of-28 games...committed one or fewer turnovers on 13 occasions...led the team in assists in nine games...shot 77.6% from the line, which ranked 8th in the A-Sun...played 30-or-more minutes in 20 of the last 21 games, including 13 games in which he played at least 35 minutes...had 9 points and matched a career high with 8 rebounds in 39 minutes against UCF in the A-Sun Quarterfinals (Mar. 4)...scored 16 points (7-7 FT), including a three-point play which tied the game with 7.8 seconds to play, while playing the entire 40 minutes in a 70-69 win at Florida Atlantic (Feb. 14)...scored 14 points, including a game-tying three-pointer with 1:56 to play in a comeback win over Lipscomb (Feb. 19). Also hit 2-2 free throws with 17 seconds left...had 9 points and a career-best 4 steals in 39 minutes of action vs. Belmont (Feb. 21)...handed out 6 assists and scored 8 points vs. Campbell (Feb. 7)...scored 13 points and recorded 3 steals vs. Gardner-Webb (Feb. 5)...had 10 points and 4 assists with just one turnover in 36 minutes of JU's 77-75 win at Georgia State (Jan. 30)...matched a career-high with 17 points on 4-of-5 shooting (3-4 3FG) and dished out 5 assists vs. Stetson (Jan. 27)...matched a career high with 10 assists and just two turnovers in 39 minutes at Gardner-Webb (Jan. 19)...had 13 points and 3 steals at Stetson (Jan. 14)...penetrated and fed Haminn Quaintance for the game-winning dunk with 29 seconds to play against Tennessee Tech (Dec. 29) and then took a big charge with 18 seconds left...had 8 points, a career-best 8 rebounds and 5 assists in a career-high 45 minutes of the Dolphins' 107-99 double-overtime loss at Troy State (Dec. 17)...scored a career-best 17 points on 5-of-8 shooting (6-8 FT) in his first career start against Savannah State (Dec. 6)...posted his first career double-double with 10 points and 10 assists in 30 minutes off the bench at Arkansas (Nov. 29).

Prior To JU
Played his redshirt freshman season in 2002-03 at Illinois Valley Community College for coach Mike Riley...started all 28 games at point guard, where he finished fifth in the nation in assists with 8.85 per game...also averaged a team-best 13.7 points per game en route to All-Arrowhead Conference honors, as well as all-region honors...finished the season ranked 25th nationally with 2.78 steals per game and pulled down 4.1 rebounds per contest...shot 45 percent from the floor and 74 percent (125-168) from the line...hit 36 percent of his 3-point shots...dished out a school-record 236 assists with just 90 turnovers...had two triple-doubles during the season...sat out the 2001-02 season as a redshirt before committing to IVCC.

High School
Two-year letterwinner at Thornwood (Ill.) High for coach Kevin Hayhurst...played his freshman and sophomore seasons at Mather High...as a senior, helped lead Thornwood to a 31-2 record, the regional championship and a second-place finish in the state...averaged 3.1 points, 4.3 assists and 2.2 steals en route to honorable mention All-S.I.C.A. Conference honors...averaged 9.2 points and 2.1 assists as a junior as the Thunderbirds went 26-4 and won the regional championship...Thornwood was ranked as high as fourth in the state...high school teammates with Eddy Curry of the Chicago Bulls.
