2006: Started and played in nine games as a redshirt freshman at middle linebacker...Was second on the team in tackles with 56 (25 solos) and recorded 4.5 tackles for a loss, with one sack...Also had one interception and one forced fumble...Had a team-leading seven tackles and forced fumble in the season opener against Gardner-Webb...Had six tackles and an interception in the Dolphins' homecoming win over Dayton...Racked up 10 tackles and an assist on a tackle for a loss at North Greenville...Recorded seven or more tackles in a game three times during his freshman campaign.

2005: Sat out the year as a redshirt.
