High School: Three-year starter at Forest High School under Jack Belcher and Charlie Maguire...helped the Wildcats win three consecutive district championships, including posting two 20-win seasons in his sophomore and junior years...as a senior, earned Marion County "Player of the Year" honors with a school-record 15 shutouts...tallied an 0.75 GAA to win Team MVP accolades and get named to the FACA All-Star game...recorded 12 shutouts with a career-best 0.67 GAA en route to first team all-area, second team all-state and most valuable defensive players accolades as a junior...As a sophomore, posted an 0.67 GAA and 12 shutouts to earn rookie of the year and second team all-area honors...helped Wildcats to a school record 20-win season and tallied an area record for the lowest GAA (0.35) after half a season...played seven years with his club team, the Ocala Arsenal
