Prior to JU: Played two seasons as a forward at the University of South Carolina under coaches Mark Benson and Bert Molinary....sat out the 2005 season due to injury...as a freshman, led the Gamecocks in scoring with six goals and 16 points, while also recording four assists to be named the Offensive MVP...scored game-winning goals against William & Mary and No. 13 Duke...earned Southeastern Conference honor roll honors in his freshman and sophomore seasons
