Men's tennis sweeps Belmont, 7-0

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - The JU men's tennis team opened its Atlantic Sun Conference schedule in style, sweeping Belmont, 7-0.

The Dolphins picked up all three doubles matches and sealed the match with all six singles wins. In the six singles matches, JU dropped just 15 games.

"The guys played hard today and really well," said JU head coach Shane Wood. "We got off to a good start in doubles and they rolled over into singles. The guys are playing with a lot of confidence right now and we look to build off of this in the next few matches."

JU returns to the courts on Saturday to face Lipscomb. First serve is set for 10 a.m.
