High School: Four-year letterwinner at Red Bank Catholic High School in Eatontown, New Jersey under Ken Santos...helped Red Bank win three consecutive New Jersey Parochial State Soccer Championships....also participated two seasons with the Red Bank Catholic Lacrosse and track teams...at the club level, she played with Hibernian Breeze, the 2005 Jags and PDA Tournament Champions...the Breeze has also competed in International soccer tournaments in England, Scotland and Wales.

Personal: Born May 7, 1989, in Red Bank, N.J....daughter of Kurt and Shari Grimsgaard ...has three sisters: Kristin, Sara and Alexandra...Sara, is currently a junior midfielder on the Syracuse University women's soccer team...majoring in pre-nursing.
