Keri Zwikker receives first team all-conference honors

Nov. 6, 2007

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - Junior forward Keri Zwikker received first team all-conference honors and midfielder Elizabeth Fink was named to the all-freshman team the A-Sun conference announced on Tuesday.

Zwikker, who ended the regular season with 16 goals and 37 points, has been named first team all-conference during each of her three seasons at JU.

"I am very proud of Keri and what she has accomplised this year," said JU head coach Chris Kouns. "She has been a great leader this season and has really stepped up her play."

Fink is second on the team in points with 11 and is the first Dolphin to receive the honor since 2005, when both Zwikker and Michelle Lavine earned the award.

"I am very honored," said Zwikker. "But, this is a team award and shows what we have accomplished and our cohesiveness. I am just looking forward to having a successful tournament."
