Keri Zwikker named to ESPN The Magazine Academic All-America second team

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - JU women's soccer junior forward Keri Zwikker was named to ESPN The Magazine Academic All-America second team the College Sports Information Directors of America announced on Tuesday.

Zwikker finished the season with 16 goals and 37 points. Her goals per game total of 0.8 finished ninth in the nation while her points per game total of 1.85 was 11th, earning her Atlantic Sun first team all-conference honors for her third year in a row.

"I am very proud of Keri for earning win the academic all-america honors," said JU head coach Chris Kouns. "This is a first in our history and I can't think of anyone better to break new ground for our program than her. We strive to have good student-athletes and good players and Keri is just that."

Zwikker, a Woodstock, Ontario, Canada native, has a 3.88 cumulative grade point average and is majoring in exercise science. She also received all-district honors earlier in the season.
